Position: Café/Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Café/Retail Store Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our client’s café/retail store. This is a hands-on role that involves driving sales of packaged meals and pastry products, ensuring a welcoming, customer-focused environment, and managing all aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the café/retail store.
  • Drive sales by promoting meal and pastry products.
  • Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure consistent presentation and quality of food and drinks.
  • Handle sales transactions through the POS system.
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their experience and gather feedback.
  • Monitor café trends and report on sales and inventory results.

  • Proven experience in café or restaurant management.
  • Barista skills with a passion for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages.
