Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop marketing plans to secure event bookings and meet sales targets.
- Budget Management: Ensure a positive ROI on all activities.
- Event Design: Deliver events that meet client needs while maximizing business revenue.
- Client Relations: Maintain and nurture existing client channels for long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Feedback Integration: Seek client feedback to improve event quality and service.
- CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to keep clients informed on new packages and event offerings.
- Event Execution: Ensure all event details are accurate and executed to client expectations.
- Staff Oversight: Oversee event staff, including sales, operations, and kitchen teams.
- Operational Management: Manage function area layouts, update event procedures, and train staff.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to manage and perform additional duties as directed by the Owner/management.
- Knowledge of the local tourism market.
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment.
