What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Multiple Outlets: Manage busy dining venues, from restaurants to banquet operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Business Management: Control costs, plan budgets, and oversee Capex projects while driving continuous improvement.
- Lead the Culinary Team: Mentor and train chefs, fostering a culture of growth and creativity. Inspire your team to excel in modern culinary trends.
- Menu Innovation: Design creative menus that blend modern culinary trends with traditional cuisine, keeping Darwin diners coming back for more.
- Ensure Food Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, ensuring all operations meet HACCP guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, ideally in a multi-outlet or high-volume setting.
- Culinary Passion: A flair for modern menu design, with a respect for traditional cuisine.
- Business Skills: Experience with budgeting, cost control, procurement, and staff scheduling.
- Leadership: A strong leader who can mentor, develop, and inspire a diverse team of chefs.
- Food Safety Expertise: Knowledge of HACCP and a background in working in HACCP-accredited environments.
