Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and energetic F&B Duty Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a food and beverage role, ideally with management experience. This role calls for a service-oriented leader who can support the team in delivering a seamless experience and foster a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Oversee inventory management and control.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Utilize systems such as Deputy, Kounta, SevenRooms, and Lightyear to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food and beverage role, with management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on approach with a talent for building team dynamics.
- Experience with Deputy, Kounta, SevenRooms, and Lightyear is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary & Benefits:
