Full-Time | Lead 3 Venues | On-the-Floor Role
We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the operations of three busy outlets within a vibrant Western Suburbs hotel. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be on the floor, driving service standards, supporting your team, and engaging directly with guests.
If you’re more clipboard than customer, this won’t be your gig.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Lead Daily Operations

Oversee the restaurant, bar, and events areas.

Ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.

Create and maintain clear SOPs.
🔹 Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences

Be present and proactive with customers.

Respond to feedback and continually improve service standards.

Use guest platforms like Medallia to drive satisfaction.
🔹 Drive Financial Performance

Manage budgets, control costs, and grow revenue.

Track sales trends and adjust strategies as needed.

Keep a close eye on stock, pricing, and waste reduction.
🔹 Build and Lead a Great Team

Recruit, train, and mentor staff.

Foster a positive, team-first culture.

Schedule effectively to balance coverage and productivity.
🔹 Work With the Kitchen & Suppliers

Collaborate on menus and pricing.

Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and procurement.

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance are always on point.

Run regular checks and keep the venues spotless and audit-ready.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading F&B or hospitality operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills.

A hands-on, guest-first mindset.

Financial and commercial savvy.

Familiarity with POS systems (Shiji preferred).

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
