There is a kitchen garden that will be harvested and kept up by the kitchen team, offering a true paddock to plate experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff performance, food production, and menu development.
- Supervise kitchen staff, maintain high morale, and conduct appraisals.
- Create menus aligned with our vision and dietary requirements.
- Present food creatively and upsell specials.
- Handle staff scheduling, labor and food costs, and compliance with policies.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, conduct assessments, and provide training.
- Maintain food safety procedures and oversee kitchen cleanliness.
- Develop and follow a maintenance schedule for kitchen equipment.
- Source suppliers, manage orders, and monitor stock.
