Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure consistent quality and adherence to food safety standards, especially during high-demand wedding events.
  • Collaborate closely with management and the director to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to effectively handle multiple wedding events and busy service periods.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the management team and staff.
  • Utilize your passion for culinary arts to inspire creativity and innovation in wedding menu development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior Chef role, preferably with experience in high-end wedding catering
  • Qualified chef with a strong knowledge base of culinary techniques, preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional results under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences for wedding celebrations.
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility to accommodate wedding schedules.
