About the Role
As a Hospitality Department Manager at our client’s renowned entertainment venue, you’ll lead a motivated team and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and a safe, seamless guest experience. Reporting to senior management, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the venue’s reputation for excellence.

Salary: Up to $90,000 + superannuation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Motivate: Train, inspire, and support your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, acting as Duty Manager to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Enhance Guest Experience: Proactively address guest needs and resolve issues with care and professionalism.
  • Safety First: Enforce safety protocols and compliance with WHS policies.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with other managers to elevate service standards.
  • Monitor Performance: Track key metrics, prepare reports, and optimize departmental efficiency.
  • Stay Innovative: Keep up with industry trends to maintain cutting-edge operations.
