We’re looking for a standout Licensee to take charge of one of the largest and most vibrant venues in Campbelltown. Freshly renovated and primed for success, this is a rare opportunity to lead from the front and leave your mark on a flagship pub.

About the Role

As Licensee, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving continuous improvement in partnership with the Head Office team. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role while ensuring operational excellence across all departments.

This is more than a management job – it’s a leadership opportunity in one of the most exciting venues in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house operations

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

  • Oversee compliance and licensing requirements with precision

  • Drive performance across Food, Beverage, and Gaming areas

  • Develop staff through training, mentoring, and support

  • Contribute to the strategic planning of venue events and promotions

  • Maintain financial oversight including budgets, margins, and cost control

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Licensee or Senior Assistant Manager role

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Gaming operations

  • Background in busy hospitality or entertainment-focused venues

  • Confident understanding of financials and venue performance drivers

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Availability to work nights and weekends as required

  • Current RSA, RCG, ARCG, TAB & Keno accreditation

  • Current Licensee and Advanced Licensee accreditation
