About the Role
As Licensee, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving continuous improvement in partnership with the Head Office team. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role while ensuring operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Oversee compliance and licensing requirements with precision

Drive performance across Food, Beverage, and Gaming areas

Develop staff through training, mentoring, and support

Contribute to the strategic planning of venue events and promotions

Maintain financial oversight including budgets, margins, and cost control
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Licensee or Senior Assistant Manager role

Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development

Strong knowledge and experience in Gaming operations

Background in busy hospitality or entertainment-focused venues

Confident understanding of financials and venue performance drivers

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Availability to work nights and weekends as required

Current RSA, RCG, ARCG, TAB & Keno accreditation

Current Licensee and Advanced Licensee accreditation
