What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll oversee the operations of our client’s Central Kitchen, ensuring efficient production and excellent quality.
Your key responsibilities include:
Production Innovation
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine recipes.
- Identify and implement ways to improve product quality and operations.
Inventory Management
- Oversee stock levels to ensure the right ingredients are always on hand.
Quality & Production Oversight
- Plan production volumes and manage workforce schedules.
- Work with the Head Chef and Operations team to ensure smooth, on-time production.
- Supervise all stages of production, from ingredient preparation to packaging.
Leadership & Team Development
- Uphold and promote our client’s culture and values.
- Support and coach team members to help them succeed in their roles.
