Your Role:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including rostering, inventory, and equipment upkeep.
Work alongside the Head Chef on menu development, team training, and solving day-to-day challenges.
Champion food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Inspire and mentor your team—lead by example in both service and standards.
Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development for kitchen staff.
Streamline kitchen systems to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate on pricing, promotions, and service strategies with management.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid cooking experience and relevant culinary training.
Seafood knowledge is a big plus, but not essential.
A natural leader with great communication and team management skills.
