  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of daily operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower our Supervisors and Attendants to consistently provide top-tier service.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of food, wine, and beverages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and offer creative and innovative ideas to enhance the success of our events.
  • Effectively manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profit margins.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Experience in the luxury sector is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Sound financial acumen and the capability to maximize revenue opportunities while controlling costs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in creating schedules for a dynamic business environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
