Of course, finding someone is only half the battle! Once we have shortlisted candidates, we follow 9 further steps before the candidate(s) is officially hired. This includes extensive phone screening, in person internal and client interviews, reference checks, psychometric testing and follow ups.

We take a customised approach to pricing and offer several options and strategies unique to INAC Hospitality. As well as exclusive/non-exclusive agreements and extended or reduced guarantee periods we can also offer our clients our “try before you buy service’. This service gives you the opportunity to trial our candidate(s) on a provisional basis i.e, employed by INAC Hospitality and before any full-time contracts are signed. Once you have seen them in action and if both parties are happy, we offer further reductions in the overall placement fee.
