About you:
Our client is searching for a Chef at the CDP level to join there already solid team, you will have a solid knowledge of American cooking, and be ready to work in this fast-paced kitchen that pumps in the peak periods. You will be organized and be willing to contribute to the team in a positive and creative way.
You will also require:
- Applicable trade qualifications and accreditations
- Appropriate experience preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to plate up great tasting food.
- Desire to develop your skills and progress your career.
- Understanding of dietaries.
- Proficiency in all aspects of food safety, including HACCAP.
- Positive communication skills, energy and attitude.
