As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and assisting our Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for growth, allowing you to work alongside an experienced BBQ Pit Master, honing your skills and contributing to the culinary excellence of our establishment. The role operates on a 4-day roster, providing an attractive work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Uphold and enforce food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of American BBQ and smoking techniques.
- Manage the kitchen during key service times in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary of $65,000 plus superannuation.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant kitchen experience in a similar establishment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food hygiene laws and safety regulations.
