Your Role:
As a Conference & Event Supervisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing the dining and events experiences of the valued Club members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the outlet manager to achieve F&B business plan objectives.
- Monitoring business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Ensuring excellent member service and building trusted relationships.
- Anticipating member needs and managing difficult situations effectively.
- Liaising between management, kitchens, bar, and staff to prevent issues.
- Ensuring compliance with performance standards.
- Ensuring staff adherence to OH&S policies and procedures.
- Addressing deviations to eliminate risks.
- Complying with company policies and procedures regarding customer service, security, and responsible service of alcohol.
- Assisting in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
What’s in it for you:
- Base salary: $64,000 plus super
- With weekend loadings, you could be making up to $85,000.
