As the Events Sous chef, you will be a self-starter, and ready to hit the ground running, there are a variety of events at the estate, from weddings to corporate events. You will lead the execution of these events with the assistance of the wider culinary team. This role will suit someone with a solid events background, and a person that loves to wow their gusts with beautifully presented food.

- Experience leading teams in the Events space
- Applicable trade qualifications and accreditations

- Previous experience managing food costs and ordering, and dietaries.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in all aspects of food safety, including HACCAP.
- Positive communication skills, energy and attitude
