As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the restaurant and functions, providing guests with memorable moments to cherish. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and functions.
- Collaborate with our talented chefs in crafting and updating our culinary offerings.
- Responsibly manage the procurement and pricing of beverages and dry goods within established budgets.
- Ensure that our dining facilities meet health regulations and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Recruit, train, and supervise waitstaff in the restaurant.
- Interact with customers to gauge their satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
- Manage reservations, greet guests, and take orders when required.
- Work closely with management to achieve revenue goals and enhance profitability.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and guests.
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, property, products, and equipment.
- Regularly audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and place orders as needed.
