As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will contribute to shaping the overall strategy and fostering a culture of excellence in guest service, leadership, and community engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Efficient operation of the entire Food & Beverage operation, overseeing the restaurant, cafe, bar, and Meetings and Events Team.
- Motivating and managing a diverse team of supervisors and managers, fostering collaboration with other departments to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
- Prioritizing team development, training, and guest-focused service to maintain high standards.
- Participating in exciting events and partnerships, showcasing creativity and innovation.
- Contributing to environmental and community initiatives, making a tangible difference.
- Implementing budgeting, forecasting, and cost management strategies to achieve commercial success.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Proven track record in budget management, inventory oversight, and staff scheduling.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
