The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative menus that showcase the best of local produce and complement the wine offerings.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and functions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-quality dining establishment.
- Culinary qualifications and a strong understanding of contemporary food trends.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of local and seasonal produce, with a commitment to sustainability.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
