this waterfront venue, accommodating up to 200 guests and featuring a Private Dining Room, proudly presents a contemporary Australian menu spotlighting premium seafood and more. We seek an adept and seasoned Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day operations of this vibrant kitchen.
This role is tailored for an accomplished chef with meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering passion for the culinary arts. Operating seven days a week for both lunch and dinner, the Head Chef must be available for a dynamic, rotating roster that adapts to the demands of the business.
Supported by a skilled and well-established kitchen brigade, the successful candidate will receive training from the Group Executive Chef. Additional perks include staff discounts across our group venues and tips.

Qualifications: To be eligible for this leadership role, candidates must:
- Be an Australian Resident
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Head or Senior Sous Chef
- Ideally have experience in a Hatted or Michelin-starred restaurant
- Hold all relevant and current industry licenses and certificates, including NSW FSS
- Demonstrate knowledge of WHS, food hygiene, and efficient kitchen processes
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with multifaceted kitchen operations
- Have a proven track record of researching, designing, and implementing menus across casual to fine dining establishments
- Exhibit confidence in training and developing a small team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Display the ability to meet budget targets, KPIs, and reporting requirements
- Adhere to company and industry policies and procedures
- Cultivate strong relationships with staff, management, and clientele
- Embody flexibility, hands-on leadership, energy, and proactive initiative
Remuneration: $90,000 + superannuation and tips
