The bustling property is already renowned for its offerings, including a la carte restaurant, a large event space, a cellar door, and an art gallery, all set against a backdrop of breathtaking outdoor views.
As the Sous chef, you will be a natural leader, and ready to hit the ground running, you will join an already successful team within the ala carte restaurant. This role will suit someone with a solid Ala Carte background, and a person that loves to wow their gusts with beautifully presented food.
