The Role
You will be assisting and supporting the Outlets Manager with regards to shift management, opening and closing procedures, and other day-to-day routine operational tasks, including inventory management and daily/weekly prep duties. You will also oversee Conference and Events set-ups should they arise. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards are maintained both in and out of service.
What you will have:
- 2 years’ industry experience, ideally in a cocktail bar and table service environment.
- Well-presented, with excellent customer service skills.
- Stock take experience.
- A positive, professional attitude, and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Australian working rights.
- Weekend and evening availability.
- Valid RSA certification for Victoria.
