INAC hospitality are an Australia wide hospitality agency offering temporary and permanent staffing solutions for both back and front of house operations. We have a fantastic reputation in the industry and are proud to have some of the largest clients in the Hospitality/Events sector. We currently provide services for establishments of all sizes, from Major Events, Hotels and Restaurants to smaller more intimate personal dining experiences and boutique catering events.
Due to an ever increasing client base, growth interstate and a number of recent contract acquisitions we are currently seeking a motivated and career minded person to become part of our very successful team in South Melbourne.
The successful candidate will work day to day with, and in support of our consultants in the placement of temporary staff. This role would suit someone familiar with a process driven environment although, due to our fast growing business, not afraid to have input in the improvement across all areas.
To be successful you will have:
A very high level of organisation skills both logistically when dealing with staff and office admin tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be confident meeting with new and existing clients
A working knowledge of cloud based software, database management and MS Office
Knowledge of the industry and a background in hospitality
